It's OK to Miss a Day
Missing a workout doesn't reset your progress. The app tracks your overall trend, not individual sessions. One missed day barely registers.
What Happens Next
When you miss a workout, the app recalculates your plan. It might repeat a session, slightly reduce the next interval, or keep things as-is — depending on how much time has passed.
Your Training Status will shift to "Getting Back" if you miss several sessions, which means the plan has adapted to meet you where you are now.
Tip: Don't try to "make up" missed workouts by doubling up. That's the fastest way to get injured. Just pick up where the app tells you to.
Extended Breaks
Been away for a week or more? The app won't throw you back into week 4 if your body is at week 2 fitness. It recalibrates based on the gap, your heart rate data, and your previous performance.
The goal is always to keep you moving forward safely — even if that means taking a small step back first.
